Conventional metal roof tiles
The Bratex Vello conventional metal roof tile represents a timeless, classic style of roofing. It has an embossing raised to 25 mm and a groove every other wave, which perfectly imitates a concrete roof tile. However, it is easier to install, lighter and less expensive. The guarantee of durability and high usability of the roofing sheet is provided by the highest quality sheet from top European suppliers.

Tradition intertwines with modernity here - the roofing takes on an original shape, giving the building an original character.
Lightweight design
The sheet metal is even 20 times lighter than other solutions and does not require special reinforcement of the structure, full boarding and stronger walls with foundations. The weight of the sheets of a steel roof with an area of 200 m² is only 1000 kg, and that of an aluminum roof is only 400 kg.
Security
A well-mounted metal roofing perfectly protects the roof against tearing off during whirlwinds. Invisible connections between the sheets protect against tearing individual elements.
A wide range of colors
A wide range of several dozen colors and coatings in various material conditions makes it easy for everyone to choose the best version of sheets for their roof.
Easy to install
Metal roof tiles are light and handy, thanks to which they can be noted quickly, saving time and minimizing installation costs.
Aesthetics
The shape of the Bratex Vello metal roof tile directly refers to the classic ceramic roof tiles. However, they do not differ from them in terms of usability, and they are also lighter and easier to assemble.
Zinc protection
For the needs of Bratex products, a protective coating with increased zinc protection has been developed, which protects the material even more effectively against the effects of weather conditions. Its uniqueness lies in the above-standard weight of zinc - 350 grams per m². This is as much as 27% more protection than commonly used roof solutions.

The metal roof tile can optionally be equipped with DRIPSTOP anti-condensation fleece on the underside, which retains moisture from settling water vapor (applicable for non-insulated buildings).
