Product description
Double ended
Each sheet has a free, double-sided end with a length of 30 mm. One of the ends of the sheet is rolled up to the F21 catch over gutter flashing.
Rounded corners
Security and freedom of work. All sheet corners are cut to a radius, which reduces the risk of cuts, body injuries or scratches to sensitive roof elements.
Sheet thickness 0,6 mm
The product is also available in a thickness of 0,6 mm. The sheets are exceptionally stiff during handling and operation.
Aesthetics and comfort
The panels have a factory-integrated cover on each side of the covering seam, which serves to close the opening of the seam after snapping the sheet shut.
Extra high hem
The total height of the seam is 32 mm. The product clearly stands out from other solutions with a lower profile height, presenting an extremely elegant and original roof form.
Length compensation
The hidden mounting strip has been designed taking into account the thermal expansion of aluminum sheets up to 12 m long. Additionally, wide and 25 mm long mounting holes ensure convenient installation of the sheets.
Available variants
The Bratex Snap Lock snap seam is available in four variants of the product finish - each of them will give a different, individual character to the building. The types of surface finish between the seams we propose are: classic flat, distinct micro-wave, segmental with trapezoidal characteristics and an unusual semi-wave with a subtle wave.
Product sheets can be optionally equipped with SoundControl soundproofing fleece weighing 200 g/m², which reduces the sound of rain falling on the sheet by 6 dB.
