Product description
Zipper lock
The sheet connection technique is our innovation. Initiated by the method of overlapping on the rebate, it consists only of sliding the sheets one behind the other. Two panels are connected in one movement.
Reopening
Smart Lock allows for unlimited extension (opening) of sheets. In the case of roof window installation or roof partition inspection, sheet removal does not affect the lock geometry and does not require service procedures
Speed of assembly
Hooking the next sheet onto the previous one only requires sliding it in. Installation is a snap, because you don't have to gradually close the joint along the entire length of the panel, as is the case with a rebate seam or snap seam.
Resistance to undulations
We guarantee that the Smart Lock Delta in the profiled version will always look perfect on the roof, without any undulations resulting from minimal unevenness of the substructure.
Sheet stiffness
The advanced geometry of the double-rebate lock, 35 mm high seam and profiled surface ensure that transport, assembly and use do not result in deformation of the sheets.
Profiled version
For the first time, seam sheet metal is available with a 4 mm high profile in the shape of a truncated sinusoid. This ensures incredible sheet stiffness and a guaranteed visual effect.
Mounting on the hood
Attaching the sheets to the eaves flashing in the flat version is made easier by a three-centimeter double-sided termination, while in the profiled version the sheets are attached using butyl tape.
Rounded corners
All sheet corners are cut to a radius, which increases safety and ease of installation and reduces the risk of scratching sensitive roof elements.
Length compensation
Wide 25 mm mounting holes ensure comfortable work, taking into account the thermal expansion of panels up to 12 m long.
Final aesthetics
Smart Lock panels have a factory-integrated cover on each side of the seam, which serves to cover the lock visible when the sheets are pushed together.
Unique styling
Smart Lock Delta's lock shape resembles the popular snap lock. It fits perfectly into contemporary architectural trends by offering an improved assembly system.
Roof ventilation
The profiled surface increases the ventilation cross-section of the roof partition by 15 cm² per running meter, regardless of the quality of installation.
