Simple assembly, speed and comfort of work, guarantee of full tightness. This is the world's first modular snap seam that looks like a classic craftsman seam. This innovative type of roofing is incomparably easier to install. The installation is performed on the principle of alternating roofing, with a checkerboard effect.
On the surface of each sheet there is an embossing that compensates for the thickness of the sheets from the previous finish. This prevents capillary water intake and is the basis for gluing the butyl gasket.
The front edge of the sheet is factory folded 180° under the bottom of the sheet, which causes additional stiffening of the edge and prevents water from being sucked in.
The integrated butyl gasket across the entire width facilitates permanent connection of the sheets and ensures full tightness. This solution made it possible to reduce the length of the overlap by 60 mm, and thus increase the length of the covering.
The longitudinally formed seam profile has additionally designed embossing that compensates for the thickness of the overlapping sheets.
The cover sheet with a rebate with a special catch element ensures quick placement of the top sheet and effective hooking it in the desired position.
Wide and appropriately long 25 mm mounting holes ensure efficient and trouble-free installation of the sheets.
For the needs of Bratex products, a protective coating with increased zinc protection has been developed, which protects the material even more effectively against the effects of weather conditions. Its uniqueness lies in the above-standard weight of zinc - 350 grams per m². This is as much as 27% more protection than commonly used roof solutions.

Features of modularity in each sheet. The basic module has compensating injections in the middle of the covered seam. The sheet is factory finished with a 180° front fold and has an integrated butyl seal.
The length of the sheets is selected according to investor's preferences in the context of a specific roof or slope. Auto-optimization in RoofingCAD allows customization by length or number of modules.
Metal color samples of Bratex sheets and the pictograms below serve only as a general view of the color, the shade of which in reality may slightly differ. The four-digit RAL symbology is only a reference point, because the varnish structure emphasizes the other features of the color, the reception of which will be different than the catalog one.
