Formia Piano is a new version of roofing. It's a metal tile in the form of small rectangular tiles that hook together and are installed on a solid substrate. It creates a unique effect of alternating roof coverings.
The tile forms are handy in size, allowing you to take several at a time and arrange them on the roof slope as needed. The forms are attached to each other and to the subfloor using dedicated clips. Each form fits perfectly to the next, ensuring the joint lines are maintained. We offer three widths: 25 cm, 50 cm, and 100 cm.
Formia Piano roof tiles are manufactured on the advanced Prima Power line. The first step involves cutting out the shape and rounded corners, then folding the first pair of edges. The second pair of edges is finished on a specialized folding machine.
Bratex Formia Piano roof tiles are installed on a solid board substrate, providing full support at every point. This improves the quality of the roof thanks to excellent airtightness, better acoustic insulation, and more comfortable operation.
We pack the tile formats into boxes, which makes them easy to carry, unload and carry onto the roof surface. Rounded corners prevent any scratches during handling.
As befits the Bratex brand, in addition to its distinctive technical character, Formia Piano roof tiles are available in dozens of colors, including ten desert-coffee shades from the Residential Buildings Design Colors palette. In addition to steel variants, aluminum and zinc versions are also available.
The Formia Piano format tile is a new expression of roofing, uniquely defining the character of a building. Combined with the exceptional colors of the Residential Buildings Design Colors palette, it redefines the building's architecture, making it impossible to ignore. Our professional technical and sales advice will ensure you're satisfied with your decision to choose Formia Piano roofing or facade cladding.
