Meet our latest product, which combines the look of a traditional seam with a rebate (Classic version) and a modern snap seam (Delta version) with innovative technology. Smart Lock is an innovative system for mounting a standing seam with a zip fastener. Thanks to our solutions, the assembly becomes quick and easy, and additional, optional sheet profiling almost completely eliminates the risk of the display surface waving.

The most important features

Smart Lock Classic and Smart Lock Delta seams are exceptionally easy to install. No additional tools, such as a hammer or wooden strips, are needed to close the joint - just slide one sheet behind the other. In the event of necessary disassembly, the lock geometry remains intact and does not require service.

We have achieved a high level of sheet stiffness, among other things, thanks to the rebated edges and the 35 mm high seam. The profiled version of these coverings almost completely prevents stresses, even with minor unevenness of the substructure.

Additional advantages

We took care not only of aesthetics referring to traditional craftsmanship, but also of solutions that improve the installation and use of the covering.

The flat version is easy to attach to the eaves flashing thanks to the three-centimeter double-sided end, while the profiled version is secured with butyl tape. Wide 25 mm mounting holes ensure convenient work, taking into account thermal expansion, especially for steel and aluminum panels up to 12 m long. The sheet is safely finished with rounded corners, and the integrated cover elegantly finishes the sheet connections.

Classic or Delta?

Smart Lock Classic draws inspiration from the traditional look of the craftsman's seam. This is the first such system solution on the market that allows you to obtain the classic character of the covering in a shorter time, while ensuring stable installation.

Smart Lock Delta the shape of the lock resembles the popular snap seam. Thanks to its technologically improved construction, it limits sheet deformation, which may occur as a result of incorrectly made substructure and stresses resulting from inexpert closing of the snap seam.
