The Bratex Savanna modular roof tile is a covering that combines all the key technological achievements in the production of modular sheets. High tightness and the ability to freely drain water, facilitated assembly (optimal assembly points and screws), continuity of the laying line, no capillary rise, backflow of water and proper ventilation of the transverse overlaps are the undoubted advantages of the Savanna model. Paint coating with a 35-year functional guarantee
The Bratex Dachy Mrzygłód company, together with the Scandinavian steelworks SSAB, has developed a unique concept of protection for steel products especially for the needs of its products, including the Savanna modular roofing sheet. The Ceramic Matt BT variant is a varnish coating belonging to the group of GreenCoat® products, characterized by increased resistance to scratches and UV radiation. Bratex products based on the Ceramic Matt BT coating offer protection of the steel core with a weight of 350 g/m2.
Unique features of the Savanna metal roof tile
The Savanna model is a unique concept of a practical, aesthetic and ergonomic product with a long service life. The Bratex modular roof tile has several unique features that distinguish this product from the competition.
- Bratex Anti-Cap® prevents water from stagnating on the transverse joints of the sheets, drawing water through the capillary effect between the joints of the sheets and ensures ventilation of these joints.
- The use of a very efficient retention groove with a depth of 5mm ensures XNUMX% tightness, allowing the accumulated water to drain freely.
- A two-segment compensation pocket, which makes the sheets of modular metal roof tiles do not lose the laying line in relation to the eaves, and the place where the four sheets are joined is invisible.
- No undulations - a solution thanks to which the Savanna sheet metal tile can be installed with screws without the risk of undulations on the flat surface. This is due to the short transition just below the embossing, which always lies flat on the batten.
- Mounting points - pre-prepared, recessed mounting points, indicate the most optimal places for screws, prevent the sheet metal from being scratched with the sharp tip of the drill bit and bring order to the mounting system.
The Savanna modular metal sheet tiles are delivered on Euro pallets in the amount of 173 m² of coverage (0,6 mm steel) and 201 m² of coverage (0,5 mm steel). Thanks to the flat surface, it was possible to achieve an economical covering efficiency of 1175 mm with a total sheet width of 1240 mm.
