Paint coating with a 35-year functional guarantee

As Bratex Dachy Mrzygłód, together with the Scandinavian steelworks SSAB, we have developed a unique protection concept for steel products specifically for our products, including the Savanna modular steel roofing tile. The Ceramic Matt BT variant is a paint coating belonging to the GreenCoat® product group, characterized by increased resistance to scratches and UV radiation. Bratex products based on the Ceramic Matt BT coating offer protection of the steel core with a mass of 350 g/m2.

• Bratex Anti-Cap® prevents water from stagnating on the transverse joints of the sheets, drawing water through the capillary effect between the joints of the sheets and ensures ventilation of these joints.
• The use of a very efficient retention groove with a depth of 5mm ensures XNUMX% tightness, allowing the accumulated water to drain freely.
• A two-segment compensation pocket, which makes the sheets of modular metal roof tiles do not lose the laying line in relation to the eaves, and the place where the four sheets are joined is invisible.
• No undulations - a solution thanks to which the Savanna sheet metal tile can be installed with screws without the risk of undulations on the flat surface. This is due to the short transition just below the embossing, which always lies flat on the batten.
• Mounting points - pre-prepared, recessed mounting points, indicate the most optimal places for screws, prevent the sheet metal from being scratched with the sharp tip of the drill bit and bring order to the mounting system.

Savanna is a combination of aesthetics and ergonomics, offering easy installation and high coverage efficiency. It is ideal for roofs with a minimalist style. Savanna modular steel roofing tiles are delivered on Euro pallets in quantities of 173 m0,6 of coverage (201 mm steel) and 0,5 m1175 of coverage (1240 mm steel). Thanks to the flat surface, it was possible to achieve an economic coverage efficiency of XNUMX mm with a total sheet width of XNUMX mm.
