Bratex Deker Punkt loyalty program and a new smartphone application

Loyalty program Bratex Deker Point was launched in 2017. Its idea is based on easy joining and use of the program by roofers. It is enough to send one unique code from the product tag of the Bratex product via SMS, and the system will automatically register the user to the mobile phone number from which the message was sent. In this way, you can collect points that are printed on the labels of Bratex products. In order to select a prize, simply log on to the website dekerpunkt.bratex.pl by entering your mobile phone number. A one-time access password will be immediately sent via SMS. When logging in for the first time, the system will ask you to provide your personal data and data on being subject to the tax office. The Bratex Dachy Mrzygłód company takes care of the formalities and pays an advance on income tax for the prizes you choose, so you will not incur any costs on the income.

Now we are going to the roofers with a new possibility. We have created the Deker Punkt application that works on Android and iOS smartphones. There is no need to send text messages and log in via a browser to select rewards. Everything is available in one place - the Deker Punkt application.

Application description

After downloading the application, you need to log in or register.

If you already have an account in the Bratex Deker Punkt loyalty program, all you have to do is enter your mobile phone number, then the application will ask you to enter the verification code, which you will receive via SMS.

If you do not have an account in the loyalty program, apart from providing your phone number and a one-time verification code sent via SMS, you must enter one code from the Bratex product tag. At this stage, you have to enter the code manually.

After passing, the application becomes active immediately. If you have created an account, the app will ask you to complete your data at the selected moment.

Home screen

You can pin selected prizes from the catalog with a heart to the start screen, which will immediately be displayed with information about the status of points.

In addition, technical news is available, which we will send you on an ongoing basis. Remember to turn on application notifications to be kept informed on the phone screen about Bratex products and loyalty program matters.

Prize Catalog

In the rewards catalogue, you can easily filter rewards from individual groups, score ranges and display those rewards that you can purchase within the amount of points you have. In addition, you can search for rewards by name.

Scanning

This is the most important option of the application, it activates the smartphone camera, which should be directed at the code printed on the product label of the Bratex product. If the code is unreadable or not on a flat surface, you can always choose to enter it manually.

Cart

This is the place where you put the prizes selected from the catalog. With one click "Order" you place an order. To remove a prize from your cart, simply reduce its quantity to zero.

This is an innovative proposition for those roofers who have done a great job on an attractive building. You can upload an element of your own work, for example a special fascia treatment or an entire object. In order to take a photograph of the entire building, ask the owner to sign on the smartphone screen in the available option and mark the consent to use the image of the building. Please note that the owner's signature will be recorded and you are responsible for obtaining it. Enter the owner's details, investment address or simply click the location button - the application will automatically download satellite location data and send it to us. In each of the above options, you can upload photos from the library that you have previously taken. If we decide that the photo delivered to us is worthwhile, we will send our professional photographers to the place, and you will be awarded with a special code additional thousands of points that you can exchange for prizes.

Menu

This option in the upper right corner of the application allows you to view the full history of points and order history. You can contact us regarding the loyalty program and contacts to our Technical Advisors. In addition, you can update your data or withdraw your consent.

The Deker Point application is based on our existing system, so nothing from your long-term history will be lost, you will see all previous operations in the application.

Within a few months, the possibility of sending codes via SMS and logging in via the browser to the dekerpunkt.bratex.pl website will be disabled - this application is the future of your Bratex Deker Punkt loyalty program.
