Ecological solution
GreenCoat® steel is a product designed in accordance with the principles of sustainable development. SSAB is gradually implementing a circular economy model, focusing on a long product life cycle and full recycling. In addition, a significant part of the petroleum-based components in BT (bio-based) coatings has been replaced with Swedish rapeseed oil. This solution significantly reduces the emission of harmful substances into the environment.
SSAB plans to achieve net zero CO₂ emissions by 2045.

Long-term cooperation with SSAB has allowed us to ensure constant availability of goods, guarantee colour repeatability and safe transport of steel coils. We store them inside our hall, which ensures optimal storage conditions, and at low temperatures we heat the material before pressing to prevent micro-cracks in the coating. The finished product reaches you in a secured transport, so that it looks flawless on the roof for many years.
