Bratex modular roof tiles are elaborated in detail. Starting from the quality of the sheet metal from which the product is made, through technical solutions, the quality of production machines, and ending with the method of packaging.

Bratex modular roof tiles are offered in many variants, i.e. colors and coatings. The combination of a satin or grainy varnish texture together with a color from a wide palette makes the sheet attractively presented, both at the point of sale and on the roof.

However, not everything that is visible at first glance makes the product fully refined. That is why attention should be paid to the full product aspect, i.e. how the product is packaged and how it looks when mounted on the roof from a short distance, e.g. after going to the balcony or assessing it through the roof window. Only then is the full picture of the quality and refinement of the product presented.

Technical solutions support the work of contractors, thanks to which it is better assessed. Sheets of metal roof tiles lay straight, nothing sticks out, you do not have to tighten the sheets by force. The corners of the sheets do not stick out, the accumulation of four sheets does not cause their accumulation. Recessed mounting points are conducive to the fact that the screws are always applied in the same places, i.e. closest to the high embossing, which makes them almost invisible.

Well-fitted sheets on the roof are the basis for the good appearance of the entire slope. The devil is in the details and it's the same with Bratex products. Seemingly insignificant features of the product in practice turn out to be an important component of how the metal tile will present the style of the whole house.

Packing modular metal roofing tiles

The way of packing the Bratex modular roof tiles leaves nothing to be desired. The product is placed on an EPAL pallet on a profiled polystyrene base, then a spacer every 35 sheets and a polystyrene cover. The whole with an informative poster on top and wrapped in a cold-shrinkable hood. A product secured in this way can even be transported by sea container.
